THROUGH IT ALL.....


People come and go,
You can not do anything,
You lose the ones you love,
Yet through it all you still love your life….

Time leave you to fight alone,
You show a fake smile to hide all your pain,
And always show that you are the happiest person on this earth,
Yet through it all you still love your life….

Struggles meet you in the face to watch you slip up,
Destiny does not favor sometimes,
You still continue to work upon,
Yet through it all you still love your life….

You want to do many things,
But sometimes you can’t,
You want to change the world,
But you can't change a even a thing,
Yet through it all you still love your life…

Mental Health is need of the hour !!

       A few days ago, I shared one forwarded post on my social media account. It was about mental health. I really feel that talking about mental health is the need of the hour. There is no shame in not being ok. We just need to accept it and have the courage to talk.     From the past two days, the internet is flooded with anxiety, depression, sadness, sympathy post.
