Mental Health is need of the hour !!

       A few days ago, I shared one forwarded post on my social media account. It was about mental health. I really feel that talking about mental health is the need of the hour. There is no shame in not being ok. We just need to accept it and have the courage to talk.     From the past two days, the internet is flooded with anxiety, depression, sadness, sympathy post.
